.... that's why Marne and I followed the three classes. I really loved the needle-turn-applique, it was given by Toni Lea, and she showed us some of her beautiful quilts. Because it was only the three of us we got a lot of attention to learn the " tricks" . The second class also was really good: Texture Magic, we made some samplers and I can see doing it myself again. Marne got some silk and we want to try to make some leaves with it. The last class was " raw edge" applique, well it was very interesting, but not something I should do again, the way our teacher told us. But that's why you try. Lucky it stopped snowing when we drove home.
