There is a storm that keeps us busy here in the Netherlands. Strong and gusty winds that's what we get today, windforce 7 to 8 (30-40 miles an hour). The tree that I'm watching from my quiltroom window didn't make it. And what's my dear husband doing? He went out for a ride on his bike.

Hier was het vooral vannacht nogal stormachtig, maar inmiddels zit ik met een lekker zonnetje bij het raam te borduren. Mijn dagje uit ging niet door vanwege de storm dus ik maak het voor mezelf maar gezellig
That had looked like a very strong, sturdy tree. I guess the roots were not very deep in the dirt. Gives you interesting things to watch out the window. We are having lots of wind. It is grey now, but the wind blows the clouds away part of the time, so a bit of blue sky.

Geeft je wel wat afleiding nu je aan huis gebonden bent :-) Hoop dat Rob op zijn fiets blijft zitten en er niet afgeblazen wordt. Hier is het op dit moment wel weer redelijk rustig. Groetjes,
