Deventer: Impression of Colorminds in the Bergkerk (church)

What an amazing exposition by the 8 art quilters of Colorminds. Myself I prefer more traditional quilts, so I visited the exhibitions only three times.

The Nicolaschurch on the mountain, that's the official name. Build around 1200.


There is a story about two sisters Martha and Beatrijs. One of them married a knight (ridder) and the other was left behind. So she ordered to built the church, but one tower a little bit higher then the other one.
